Refunds/Returns

ALL SALES ARE FINAL and there are no refunds given under any circumstances.

You may complete a return request within 7 DAYS of your item delivery date in order to qualify for a store credit or exchange.

Request made after this time are not eligible for return. The product must be returned unworn, in its original packaging. The product must be resalable in the state in which it was received. Items that have been brushed, combed, washed, cut, colored, or altered in any way will not be eligible for return. Return request can be submitted to support @monicanicolehair.com

Please send your return including your name (first & last), phone number, the reason for your return, and your original receipt (packing slip) to.

We strongly encourage that all returns be sent back to us through a traceable postal carrier with signature. We are not responsible for items lost in shipping. All Sales are Final on clearance and sale items. No returns will be accepted sale or clearance items.

The customer is responsible for all return shipping cost. Once received and determined to be in resalable form, a store credit would be issued. If the item was purchased during a promotion that has ended, your new order will not qualify for the promotion in question.  Once a store credit or Gift Card is issued, it may not be redeemed as cash on any grounds.  

Custom wig units are non returnable and non refundable.
